Business Goals

South Enterprises Ltd (SouthEnt) is a B2B clothing manufacturer for global and local brands with a strong commitment for detail and quality. The manufacturer approached us to do their branding and website and of course we said yes! 


The company had operated without a simple font-based wordmark for all these years. Now, as the company set out to become more visible on a global stage, they wanted a brand that would stand out in a crowded market. We needed to:

  • Build a brand that stands out in the market;

  • Pay homage to our history;

  • Allow us to make a mark on the global stage;

  • Website that attracted leads and captured them. 

What We Did

The core visual branding elements provided a bit of a challenge: How do we create a logo for a 50+ year old company with traditional roots in a competitive industry while still staying fresh and new? 


Based on peer and competitor analysis, we decided to create an animal based logo with, not one, but three animals!
