Business Goals

Sol wants to redefine what menopause care looks like - no more being dismissed by Doctors, googling symptoms at 3AM or just thinking you're plain crazy.


For Sol, the goal was to create a strong brand and the GTM strategy. In doing so, we needed to find ways to also manage the different initiatives, PM the project, and support app development via testing and messaging.


What We Did

For Sol, we started from the very beginning with a brand identity and strategy. Once we had the foundations, we were the founder's team for strategy, GTM, execution and testing. 


Acting as project managers, fractional CBOs and marketing, we worked closely with Grace in order to ensure that we could be flexible with what the start-up needed.

What We Achieved

Prior to launch of the official app, we have positioned Sol as a well recognised force in Singapore, and is seen as a a leading, trusted voice in menopause. Our first ever event, the FLASH FORWARD menopause conference, was sold out and hosted an innovative FLASH CONNECT speed discussion event.
