Business Goals
What happens when two amazing leadership coaches meet and have a vision to change the world, they assemble a dream team. Included in this team was arc ana.
We worked with Elaine and Siobhan, co-founders of Watch Her Lead, to build and launch a women's leadership retreat (The Pause Retreat), and following that success and response, a women's leadership academy called Watch Her Lead.
We needed to:
Launch a new initiative, first in Asia, and then worldwide;
Be visually bold and communicate change and newness;
Fill Watch Her Lead's first cohort.
What We Did
We needed to start with our foundations. Elaine and Siobhan had already done several focused groups, and had a strong direction for comms and messaging that we could go.
Using this information, and an analysis of similar programmes, we decided on this idea of a "spotlight". A spotlight to shine light on areas where merits should rise, areas where there are blind spots, and areas where biases should be called out. The branding echos this, with a bold and elegant font, highlighted with a yellow spotlight where "HER" is.
We built out the ICP and plotted an entire customer journey and flow at different stages of the launch to ensure we outlined what the messaging and actions needed to be to build awareness and consideration.
What We Achieved
Working together, we were able to:
Successfully launch and sold out a women's retreat (The Pause Retreat) in collaboration with At The Table;
Built a highly visible brand and story that echos the professionalism and level that we operate at;
Host impactful webinars, with fully engaged audiences;
Over both The Pause Retreat and Watch Her Lead, we roughly 2-3x the total email subscriber base.
